ViaScreens uses a number of carriers best suited for your delivery destination, including Royal Mail, DHL eCommerce, Deutsche Post, Australia Post and DHL Express. All orders are despatched from our UK warehouse with tracking numbers for traceability (with the exception of Royal Mail 48).
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery country. We offer a Standard Delivery option for more than 40 countries and Expedited Delivery to all countries.
We do not offer partial shipping for orders of multiple items. Unless all items are in stock we will ship a complete order. Orders that are partially despatched are sent at our own discretion and will not incur any further charges by the customer.
International orders are subject to applicable customs, duties, brokerage fees and taxes, all of which are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I track my order?
Once we have processed your order, you will receive an automated email that contains your tracking information. Please keep hold of that email until your item is delivered. Alternatively, this information will also be added to the 'My Orders' section in your account.

Shipping charges vary based on order value, shipping destination and available services. In order to find out the delivery costs add all the items you are interested in to the basket and then go to your cart. Here you can 'Add Info' under Shipping and view delivery costs, estimated delivery times and delivery options available.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide to almost every country in the world with the exception of a few countries.
Why don't you ship to my country?
There could be many reasons why we don't ship to your country including an unreliable postal service that you may have locally or a dubious customs procedure.
