At ViaScreens we strive to provide you with the best service possible. Part of this service is making sure you receive your order quickly and efficiently. Orders are usually despatched within 1 working day, Monday through Friday. The daily shipping cut-off time is 3pm UK Time.
ViaScreens uses a number of carriers best suited for your delivery destination, including Royal Mail, DHL eCommerce, Deutsche Post, Australia Post and DHL Express. All orders are despatched from our UK warehouse with tracking numbers for traceability (with the exception of Royal Mail 48).
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery country. We offer a Standard Delivery option for more than 40 countries and Expedited Delivery to all countries.
We do not offer partial shipping for orders of multiple items. Unless all items are in stock we will ship a complete order. Orders that are partially despatched are sent at our own discretion and will not incur any further charges by the customer.
International orders are subject to applicable customs, duties, brokerage fees and taxes, all of which are the responsibility of the customer.
We take credit card fraud very seriously. For the protection of card holders and ourselves, orders that appear fraudulent may be held for manual review. If necessary, a representative will call to verify the order. If we are unable to contact you within a reasonable period of time, the order may be cancelled. Manual review may delay the shipment and delivery of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order before it is shipped.
Orders may be returned up to 30 days from receipt. Please make sure you understand our Returns Policy.
In order to return your product:
- Contact Customer Care within 30 days of your purchase providing your order number, detailing the products you would like to return and the reason.
- You will receive an email from Customer Care with your RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorisation) and detailed instructions on how to return your package.
- Returns are typically processed within 7 days from receipt at our UK warehouse.
Failure to provide an RMA number on a returned package will automatically incur a 10% surcharge on the value of the goods purchased. It is HIGHLY recommended you ship your return with some type of tracking number or delivery confirmation number to ensure your package is returned to us.
Once your return is received and processed by us, we will process a refund to the same method of payment used for the order (minus any shipping charges that were incurred when the order was placed). You will be notified via email once your credit has been issued. The credit usually appears within 3 to 5 business days, depending on how long it takes the credit card company to process the refund.
Your credit card issuer does not notify us when the credit is refunded to your account. This information must be requested from the credit card issuer.
